Nice cars and trucks, prices reasonable but service for parts and work,the prices are obnoxious. 3000 dollars for plastic front grille, calibration and labor prices were ridiculous.

Boardwalk Honda has always treated me like a V.I.P. I recently got my car tuned up and the service was exceptional as always. I've been a customer since 2018 and the sales team along with the service team is great. Im on my 3rd car with them and I'm going to continue to buy cars from them.
Maintenance takes good care of my vehicle and keeps it clean, which is much appreciated. Rafal is awesome and keeps me well informed. Place us always clean and I appreciate the free water and coffee. All though I miss the snacks at my old dealership.

I was so pleased to get the belt on the air conditioner especially since the weather is so hot. They were able to order the part and install it right away. Matt was so nice to deal with. Went in for a recall service and requested a few other things (oil change, wiper blades). My rep was communicative and thorough, the service was completed on time (left it overnight) and they were great with pricing and coupon for what I needed done. Paid online and pickup was a breeze. I will be making this my new Honda dealership since moving to the area!

I took my Ridgeline in to take advantage of the current oil change special. They had a recall that I didn't know about. They fixed that and looked into my concern over soft brakes. Turns out there were issues with the brakes and the safety inspection found other issues with the truck. They worked on it all day and because it needed a bunch of repairs they deep discounted the parts. It wasn't a issue of them finding things to bill me, the repairs were needed. Great experience leasing a new Honda Accord Sport L. After my favorite car was totaled I was not looking forward to starting the process of shopping for a car. Every staff member I encountered at Group 1 was a pleasure to work with and made the process as smooth as possible. Ryan Gordy is very knowledgeable very polite and very courteous service manager. He helped me out a lot to fix my Honda CRV 2015 today. You find out the big problem whatever I was looking for from last couple days any minimize the thought of my concern and fix the problem.

Especially Tanim, I've had some weird uncomfortable and predatory experiences at dealerships in my years, this was the complete opposite, from the call I made ahead of stepping into the dealership until I drove off with my new car. Whatever mark or standard that is set for Boardwalk Honda, to me, they meet and exceed all of them.

The service dept was phenomenal. Our car needed repair while we were traveling in NJ and they took us in, without an appointment and took care of the car and got us on our way as quickly as possible. Alex at the service desk was extremely kind and helpful. They even offered us a ride to and from our hotel. The driver Chris(?) was great also. Very friendly and helpful. . I have dealt with 5 different Honda dealers in 2 states over the years, and this is my favorite! I only buy Hondas, and I will travel further to this dealer for my next purchase. Also, I used to try to avoid dealerships for repairs and maintenance, but Boardwalk Honda has always been courteous, fair, and quick!
