I always go to Boardwalk Honda for the experienced staff and quick response in getting my car serviced.
Ryan Gordy is very knowledgeable very polite and very courteous service manager. He helped me out a lot to fix my Honda CRV 2015 today. You find out the big problem whatever I was looking for from last couple days any minimize the thought of my concern and fix the problem.

I am not a customer of boardwalk Honda but I had to go to the service department I needed help with identifying a mirror that was left at the scene of my mailbox from a person leaving the scene of an accident after knocking down my mailbox gentleman in the service department was very helpful and looked up the information and gave it to me inside it came from a 2017 to 2022 Honda CRV black I also videoed it with my surveillance cameras and made a complaint with Egg Harbor Township hopefully this turns into something this person obviously is not ... Great dealership, Very Helpful employees. Especially Tanim, I've had some weird uncomfortable and predatory experiences at dealerships in my years, this was the complete opposite, from the call I made ahead of stepping into the dealership until I drove off with my new car. Whatever mark or standard that is set for Boardwalk Honda, to me, they meet and exceed all of them.

The service dept was phenomenal. Our car needed repair while we were traveling in NJ and they took us in, without an appointment and took care of the car and got us on our way as quickly as possible. Alex at the service desk was extremely kind and helpful. They even offered us a ride to and from our hotel. The driver Chris(?) was great also. Very friendly and helpful. . Kudos to the dealership for hiring such exceptional people. We are very grateful that we found Boardwalk Honda.

I have dealt with 5 different Honda dealers in 2 states over the years, and this is my favorite! I only buy Hondas, and I will travel further to this dealer for my next purchase. Also, I used to try to avoid dealerships for repairs and maintenance, but Boardwalk Honda has always been courteous, fair, and quick!

Rahim was such a nice gentleman. He took care of not only my needs but he made sure my mom was taken care of too. He brought her snacks and water. She is diabetic and being there for a few hours, she needed something. He answered all my questions. He made me feel at ease and not rushed or like I was another number or sale to him.
