I took my Ridgeline in to take advantage of the current oil change special. They had a recall that I didn't know about. They fixed that and looked into my concern over soft brakes. Turns out there were issues with the brakes and the safety inspection found other issues with the truck. They worked on it all day and because it needed a bunch of repairs they deep discounted the parts. It wasn't a issue of them finding things to bill me, the repairs were needed. I'm getting too old to bust my body on my cars anymore. I wouldn't have fixed everything over an entire weekend.

The place is clean and organized. I like how they offered free bottled water and also a snack machine.

Great service today with a great price. Comfortable wing area with a beverage station as well.

Great experience leasing a new Honda Accord Sport L. After my favorite car was totaled I was not looking forward to starting the process of shopping for a car. Every staff member I encountered at Group 1 was a pleasure to work with and made the process as smooth as possible. My father was a car salesman for 19 years and I have bought every car through him until he retired. He came with me for “moral support” and we were both very impressed with Steve (manager), Cristian (sales associate), and Jean (finance). I can’t say enough good things about these guys they were awesome, thank you all for your help and setting me up with a great new car!

We are vacationing from out of state, and I was quite pleased with Ralph Sobieraj (a service manager, I believe). Over the weekend we had an issue with our 2021 CR-V that caused a cascade of warning alarms. I did not use the online service app or have an appointment but only showed up a few minutes before their opening Monday morning. He didn't hand me off to a service tech but directly handled my issue an squeezed me into their schedule. Three months prior I had had some major work done at our local dealership where a step in the repair was missed. Ralph saw to it was fixed and had me out within 3 hrs with only a diagnostic fee. Thank you Ralph Sobieraj!
