Honda Pilot Power & Performance
The Honda Pilot comes outfitted with a 3.5L V6 engine that comes paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission. This engine has the ability to deliver 280 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque. The engine features a few different components to help improve its fuel efficiency.
The Direct Injection System is the fuel delivery system that limits the amount of wasted fuel by sending the engine only the fuel it needs to perform. Variable Cylinder Management™ helps improve the efficiency by adjusting the use of six cylinders to three during routine performance.
Cabin Comfort & Space
This SUV offers a spacious cabin offering 152.9 cubic feet of room that’s designed to carry eight total passengers to their destination. The vehicle includes three rows. Passengers up front get 40.1 inches of headroom and 40.9 inches of legroom. Middle row passengers get a 40.2 inches headroom and 38.4 inches of legroom, while passengers in the third row get 38.9 inches of headroom and 31.9 inches of legroom. The vehicle features 16.5 cubic feet of cargo space.
However, if you need more room for your materials, you can fold the rear seats to get 46.8 cubic feet of space or fold all the seats down for 83.9 cubic feet of total cargo space.
Audio & Connectivity Features
The Honda Pilot is outfitted with some fun entertainment features and interesting technology. The vehicle features a 5-inch display screen that’s used to select your media preferences. You’ve got options like the radio, the USB/auxiliary inputs for portable media devices, and even Bluetooth® for smartphone audio streaming, all of which play through the vehicle’s 7-speaker sound system.
Drivers can upgrade their Pilot to include the 8-inch touchscreen display, three months of SiriusXM® Satellite Radio, and Pandora® compatibility. The Honda Pilot also offers Rear Entertainment packages to help keep the little ones entertained during lengthy road trips.
